The cowl detail could be removed or made to be removable in alterations.

This ‘Elle’ sample is in ok condition, but would require a dry cleaning, and work on its minor fabric imperfections. It is a bridal size 12, fitting like a street size 8/10, and it can be altered 2-3 sizes down.
